Amanda and Kevin’s wedding was an absolute dream!  One of the best locations imaginable.
I couldn’t get enough of the monkey pod trees, the lychee grove, the vines with giant leaves, the lotus pond,
and the amazing people I got to photograph!

They were married at The Valley House on Kauai, situated on hundreds of acres of privately owned land
that holds a rich history.  More info here: valleyhousekauai.com
More recently the land has been used for several movies like Jurassic Park, Tropic Thunder,
and Pirates of the Caribbean.  I got to see a lot of the property prior to the wedding on a surprising ride
through the jungle on quads. (Which may have been the highlight of the trip!)

Kevin & Amanda are both such kind hearted individuals.  They are so mellow, but so fun at the same time!
These two are an absolutely perfect match for each other.  I am excited to see what adventures
their lives will take them on together! 

Amanda and I have a history of these really awkward (really funny!!) alter egos that we think are the most
hilarious thing in the world……..but have come to terms with the fact that others don’t think it’s quite as funny!
With that said, I am even more grateful that I was still invited to Kauai to photograph this beautiful wedding 😉
