Switzerland is absolutely amazing. It is one of my favorite countries I have ever visited.
This is Gimmelwald, a village perched on the edge of a cliff above the Lauterbrunnen valley
in the Swiss Alps. You have to take a gondola to get up there. As we got to the top of the lift,
it dropped us off right into a blizzard! We weren’t really dressed appropriately……that morning
we had been on the sunny beach in Cassis, France. The walk to the lodge was kinda chilly,
but then the sun came out for us!
I had been here seven years ago with my mom, and it was the one place in Europe that I
definitely wanted to come back to, and I was so glad I got to visit again with my sis & John!
We also went to Interlaken and Lake Luzern. Pretty sure if I could choose somewhere to live in Europe,
it would be somewhere in this area. Incredible!! We had the best time going on hikes, runs, renting bicycles, etc
