I am absolutely obsessed & completely in love with this little girl. My niece! Darby Lee!
She just celebrated her 1st birthday, and we got some great weather to take some pictures
We used a really neat wooden wagon that my dad built! We also incorporated a quilt that my mom made for her.
It is made of pieces of my mom’s & my grandma’s old sweaters – so it’s like Darby’s grandma & great grandma
are hugging her when she has the blanket around her.
I have never known a baby to smile & laugh SO much, I am not sure that she is even real??
I can’t get over how much excitement and joy that emanates from little Darby.
I have never felt so welcomed when I enter a room……….she always has the hugest smile, she giggles
and shakes, and can hardly contain herself when I arrive. It is the best feeling
She is one lucky girl, and so are all of us! She has really lived life to the fullest on her first trip around the sun.
So happy for Emily & John – you guys have got one cute girl, and are doing a wonderful job as her parents.
